Using a natural cloning method, the estates produce a high yield of near perfect, exceptional, luxury grade loose leaf tea. This estate was one of the first to experiment with a new method of vacuum packing just after sorting. This keeps the tea's exceptional quality so that you can enjoy the real joy of Assam.

Brewing instructions:
Hot - Use fresh boiling water. 1 teaspoon per cup in a pot or infuser. Poor over boiling water and let steep for 3-7 minutes. It is acceptable to add milk and sugar.
Cold - (makes 1 litre): 6 teaspoons of tea into a tea pot or heatproof jug. Pour in 275 ml of freshly boiled water. Steep for 5 minutes. Quarter fill a serving jug with cold water. Pour the tea into your serving jug, straining the leaves. Add ice and top-up the jug with cold water. Garnish and sweeten to taste. The tea may go cloudy when ice is added. This is normal with high quality black teas.
